Where do I get support?
We have numerous channels available for our customers to provide support with the operation of and questions about our software.
The wallPen Hub is a comprehensive platform where our customers, sales partners and wallPen employees can exchange ideas intensively. Not only tips & tricks are shared here, but also many other topics relating to training, materials to be printed on, possible substrates and their pre-treatment, various application examples, go-to-market strategies and much more. Access is activated by our administrators and is free of charge for wallPen customers.
The wallPen Service Desk is a ticket system for solving technical questions & problems, ordering spare parts, consumables and accessories. Every wallPen customer receives the access data free of charge after delivery of their device and can create and process tickets. Our service team processes customer tickets promptly within office hours (time zone Central Europe from Mon-Fri 8 am to 4 pm).
